Roz
Roz is a habit change coach and workshop facilitator.
Roz taught ballet and modern dancing for many years before entering the corporate environment. She ultimately found her passion in the Human Resources field of training and development. In both careers her ultimate objective was that others would discover their untapped potential, firmly believing that this ‘discovery’ would release them to find their own picture of success and personal freedom.
It was during these years Roz became acutely aware of the many negative habits and behaviours that others exhibited (including her own!), many of which appeared to hinder their personal growth, success in their careers and relationships. It was this ‘awareness’ that led to Roz investigating the fields of psychology; counselling, EFT; hypnosis and, ultimately, deciding that life coaching contained within it ALL the elements for life’s success and happiness.
Roz sincerely believes in the phrase ‘better habits, better life’ and desires nothing more than to see others gain mastery over their habits in order to become the best they can be. She’s particularly passionate about helping teens (working together with their parents and their School) to kick the stress habit by taking control of their lives and dealing with the demands of adolescence.
With more than 20 years of experience in training and development, coaching and counselling, and many more as a parent, Roz brings a wealth of practical knowledge to her coaching work.
Roz received her certification as a Personal/Life Coach from the Academy of York.
When Roz is not working, she likes to spend time with her family (especially the grandchildren!) and relaxing in the great African outdoors.
